Matcha Granola

gluten free / lactose free / vegan / sugar free

Ingredients:
110 g extra virgin coconut oil (liquid)
100 g coconut flower nectar
1 tablespoon Premium Matcha
30 g organic black sesame seeds
600 g organic mixed flakes
80 g roasted cashew nuts
80 g roasted almonds
80 g dates or figs
50 g dried apples

Preparation:
Mix rice flakes, oats flakes, barley flakes and millet flakes. Put coconut oil, coconut flower nectar and matcha in a large bowl and mix, then add sesame seeds and flakes and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 min in the oven on 150°C convection.
Toast almonds and cashews and chop coarsely. Chop dates and dried apples. Mix the nut mixture, dates and apples with the prepared cooled granola.
Add coconut chips and goji berries if desired. Store the granola mixture in the glass container in an airtight container.
